Yoga for Migraine Headaches : Avoiding Migraine Trigger Foods

Now I’m going to tell you about the foods
that you should avoid while having migraine. Or you should avoid them in your diet totally.
Avoid hot foods. Avoid sour foods. Avoid fermented foods. Avoid sour fruits. Avoid citrus fruits.
Now if you have a migraine at the Occipital area. That is the base of the neck. Then a
very simple Ayurvedic home remedy is to take a nutmeg, which is available at all food stores.
Add just mix it, put it in the mixer or pulverize it so that you obtain a fine powder. You can
even grate it. Then, with a little bit of water, take one fourth teaspoon of this ground
nutmeg. Take a little water and make a paste. Apply it over your forehead. Leave it for
about half an hour. And then wash it off. Voila, the migraine has gone.

  1. I can't understand one of the types of food you are saying we should avoid. It sounds like you are saying to avoid "sahd foods and sahd fruits". What is that?
