Headaches (and here is how to fix it) Having a migraine is a horrible experience. Having regular migraines is something you
would not wish on your worst enemy. Therefore, when it comes to finding a reason

  1. This report bothers me greatly. The B's are nice but migraines most often are caused by magnesium deficiencies.
    Magnesium oxide is worthless and causes gas. Take magnesium threonate. 70% absorption. I bet the migraines disappear.

  2. No disrespect but i get migraines everyday due to chari 1 malformation. I have tried vit b and it didnt help. Maybe for normal people it will work. God bless💖
