  1. Yes, this is something different. Exercise and healthy eating are great but stress relief is very important too.😃 Use this meditation to calm down and re-frame your mind before bed if you need it. Also look forward to a new workout on Monday as usual ❤️

  6. The whispering sounds creepy. I'll just stretch, listen to jazz… and do deep breathing exercises. You can enforce positive thoughts while breathing. If the change is good, then prepare to do it. Stop dragging it out through hypnotic consideration. Exercise is good, so stop saying, " I'll consider…" I'm with Nike on this one. Just do it! As you think so are you.

  9. I listen to half of it and no it wasn’t because I didn’t like it I like this it’s because it’s to long and mama got a life to look for
