  1. It just makes you think of something else & you'll be focusing on that clapping or tapping on your hands that you'll forget all the emotions for that moment. This won't work if people think at that same moment :" I need to calm down!" / or getting frustrated by that becouse it is'nt working. This wil increase the stress/anger/… even MORE!
