How to Manage Anger in the Workplace : Poor Communication & Anger in the Workplace
1 Comments

Hi, I’m Brenda F. Dixon, the owner of Life
Help Now in Nashville, Tennessee and we’re here today with Expert Village. Another person
that is difficult to be around in the workplace and could actually produce anger just by the
way they behave is what I call the evaporator. This person will disappear, this person will
go to the water fountain and doesn’t want to be around anyone, will not eat lunch with
anyone, talks very little. Seems to notice about everything but doesn’t communicate with
other people, stays very much alone, stays apart from others in the workplace. This evaporator
type personality is difficult to work with because people try to ask this person questions
or strike up a conversation and they just won’t do it. That produces anger sometimes
within different people’s workstations that they’re in. So it’s really important to notice
each one of these personalities that go into the workplace and remember these are family
members when you work with them. So you want to learn how to handle this different manage,
this kind of anger that just starts to erupt on the inside of you especially when you’re
around any of these that I have named. There may be other people but I’m just kind of giving
you a clip, an overview of people that are difficult to be around in the workplace and
we’ll talk a little bit more about how to manage these types of personalities in the
workplace.

  1. the evaporators are usually the most hardworking people who honestly do their job, and they are too responsible to stop and blabber with idiots in the hallways who look for ways to escape their responsibilities
